This dog keeps to itself around other dogs and likes going for walks alone. But it really loves being around people, eagerly wagging its tail for affection. It's a loyal and affectionate pet that enjoys human company.

Rudy was caught by a group of people including GAF in early 2022 in a really bad state.  His face had almost no hair and he was emaciated.  He lived with Karina for a few months until he was healthy
